One of the next steps after having a land development plan prepared is to figure out what it will cost to actually build the project. Construction costs will usually be determined by the site contractor looking to build your project or by the civil engineer who designed your plans as part of the land development approval process.
However, it might be helpful to know a little about how the cost estimating process works and what is involved so that you can know what actual costs could be involved in the construction of your project.
